Entrusted with asset management for investment corporations of an array of asset classes and also discretionary investment operations and investment advisory operations for private funds, and with access to the resources of sophisticated financial solutions possessed by the Daiwa Securities Group, the Company has accumulated management know-how and knowledge of a group of professionals in the respective fields.

The Company commenced management of Daiwa Office Investment Corporation (DOI) in 2005, investment advisory and agency business operations in 2010, management of Daiwa Residential Private Investment Corporation (DRP) in 2013, management of Nippon Healthcare Investment Corporation (NHI) in 2014, management of Daiwa Hotel Private Investment Corporation (DHP) in 2018, management of Japan Rental Housing Investments Inc. (JRH) upon the Company’s merger with Mi-Casa Asset Management Inc. in 2018, and management of Daiwa Securities Logistics Private Investment Corporation (DLP) in 2020, and JRH merger with NHI and started management as Daiwa Securities Living Investment Corporation (DLI) in April 2020.

- The private funds AUM does not include certain cases, such as those of a structure where the Company is entrusted with asset management operations but the assets are managed and operated by a company other than the Company and the authority over asset disposition does not lie with the Company.
